Why Kensington homeowners hire us.
Outdoor living in Kensington, MD is a porch or patio whose office is chosen from the parcel, not from ZIP 20895.
A footprint-extending porch is handled as an addition. On a Town of Kensington parcel the county permit comes before town approval. Real Elite coordinates electrical for that porch and does not perform the work.
Pricing for Kensington outdoor living is a free written estimate after a site walk of the parcel.
For this area, see Permits in Montgomery County: what to expect.
County permit, then town
Use the town approval after the county permit only when the Kensington parcel is inside the town.
