Project & Pricing

How much does a new roof cost?

Residential roof replacements in the Eastern Panhandle typically range from $8,000 to $20,000 depending on roof size, materials, pitch, and complexity. We provide free, detailed estimates for every project.

How much does a new deck cost?

Deck costs vary based on size, materials, and design complexity. A standard 300–400 sq ft deck typically ranges from $15,000 to $35,000. Composite materials cost more upfront but require less maintenance over time.

How long do projects typically take?

Timeline depends on the project scope. Roof replacements typically take 1–3 days, deck builds 1–3 weeks, siding installations 1–2 weeks, and full remodels 4–12 weeks. We’ll provide a detailed timeline during your estimate.

Do you pull permits?

Yes. We handle all necessary permits and inspections required by local building codes. This is included as part of our project management — you don’t have to worry about the paperwork.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept checks, credit cards, and bank transfers. For larger projects, we typically structure payments in milestones — a deposit to start, progress payments at key milestones, and a final payment upon completion and your satisfaction.

During Your Project

Can I live in my home during a remodel?

In most cases, yes. We take steps to minimize disruption, including dust barriers and clean work areas. For major kitchen or bathroom remodels, we’ll discuss logistics upfront so you can plan accordingly.

Do you clean up after the job?

Absolutely. We leave your property as clean as we found it — often cleaner. Full debris removal, nail sweeps (for roofing), and site cleanup are standard on every project.

What happens if there’s a problem after the job is done?

We stand behind our work. If you notice any issue related to our workmanship, call us and we’ll make it right. We also provide manufacturer warranty information for all materials we install.

Insurance & Storm Damage

Do you work with insurance companies?

Yes. If your home has storm damage, we’ll work directly with your insurance company to document the damage, provide detailed estimates, and ensure your claim is handled properly.

What should I do after a storm damages my home?

First, document the damage with photos. Then call us at (681) 534-5515 — we’ll perform a thorough inspection and help you through the insurance claims process. Don’t wait, as delays can lead to further damage.
